You will need a Patient ID to pay your bill online. This patient ID or Patient Code is approximately eighteen characters long and can be found on your billing statement. Due to privacy and security reasons, we are unable to provide this ID over the phone.

IMPORTANT: We are aware of an ongoing issue with Patient ID’s misprinting on statements causing an error. Please review your Patient ID to ensure the first 5 digits include 5 numerical digits followed by an “A”. If you receive an error, try inserting “A” after the first 5 numerals (20041A-XXXX-XXXX-XXXXX).

We accept payments by Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and ACH.

You will need an Online Self-Pay ID to pay your bill online. This ID is 9 numerical characters long and will appear on your statement (please note: some early statements were printed without this ID – please call us at the number below to receive your ID or pay over the phone.).

We accept payments by Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and ACH. All online transactions are subject to a 3% convenience fee.
