The extension may locally access rendered page text from AngelTrack patient care report pages when the user activates the scan function. This information may include patient care documentation and other personal or health-related information already available to the authorized user within AngelTrack.

The extension does not transmit patient information or page content to Ascent, Microsoft, AI platforms, third parties, or external servers. Ascent SMS Automation Browser Extension

The Ascent  SMS Automation Browser Extension is intended for use by authorized Ascent Medical Transport personnel and approved dispatch partners within Ascent’s call center and dispatch environment. The extension operates locally in the user’s browser and is limited to call center web pages.

The extension helps authorized users send standardized internal SMS notifications to Ascent field crews through our call center software. It interacts with the rendered web interface to open organization-specific contacts and message threads, insert predefined message text, and send the message when activated by the user. The extension relies on Ascent-specific contact names, contact center access, and internal dispatch workflows. It is not designed for public use and will not function meaningfully without valid access to Ascent’s technology account and contact center.

The extension does not collect, store, sell, or transmit user information, message content, contact information, patient information, analytics, telemetry, advertising identifiers, tracking data, or page content to Ascent, Microsoft, AI platforms, third parties, or external servers. All functionality is performed locally within the authenticated user’s browser session.
