Report A Concern

At Ascent Medical Transport we take compliance and safety concerns seriously. We provide this resource for the use of any employee, vendor, partner, patient or other community member to report suspected compliance or safety concerns anonymously. Please use as much detail as possible.

All submissions are investigated and reviewed by our internal Compliance Committee and Safety Committee. Should we find adequate evidence of a compliance violation or safety issue, we commit to creating and documenting a detailed action plan to address the issue and monitor going forward. We are committed to working with appropriate authorities or regulators as needed throughout the process, including proactive self-disclosure when necessary.
