Founded in 2024, we exist to drive industry innovation in the medical transport space through elevating the standard or care, caregiver training and expertise, the introduction of innovative services, the leveraging of innovative partnership models, and new technology.

Matt Kaiserman

Matt Kaiserman has over a decade of experience in healthcare operations and management. Bringing expertise and experience from both the inpatient hospital and outpatient clinic settings, he has led clinical operations, marketing and communications, business development, ancillary and support services. Matt most recently led a local Boise medical group as part of the Intermountain Health system based out of Salt Lake. 

Brian Hite

Brian has dedicated over two decades of his career to healthcare and medical transport, including over a decade of shock trauma and flight nurse experience, leadership roles at Air St. Luke’s, and most recently leading the development of an innovative transport program under Intermountain Health. As a proven leader in air and ground transport with certifications as a critical care RN and certified flight RN, Brian will draw on his extensive experience to lead clinical operations for Ascent Medical Transport.

Rourke Yeakley, MD

Dr. Yeakley is a practicing emergency medicine physician who has been involved with innovation his entire career, and will provide the medical oversight and supervision for AMT. He has been awarded multiple US and foreign patents and is always looking for methods to improve healthcare delivery. He is the President of Idaho HIMSS and is an innovation advisor for data and artificial intelligence companies. He is also the former medical director for the Air St. Luke’s service within the Treasure Valley.
